The Go-students point is the sharpest one in that list: the illusion of learning is often indistinguishable from learning in the moment, and only shows up later as a gap in judgment under pressure, when the AI isn't there to fill it. Automation bias and deskilling research keeps finding the same lag between feeling competent and being competent.
